Began his artistic career at the age of 13 painting with water colors. As he matured, he experimented with acrylics, jewelry making, and pottery. Having participated in various art classes over the years, his first formal art training was at Queens College followed by jewelry making and pastels at Cheltenham Art Center in Pennsylvannia. After moving to New Jersey he attended the Ocean City Arts Center where he continued his studies in acrylic painting under the tutelage of Lance Balderson. He has taught at the Ventnor Cultural Arts Center in Ventnor, NJ and the Martin S. Wilson Center in Atlantic City, NJ.
