Top ranked gospel and jazz singer, Lois Smith, will perform at the Ocean City Arts Center, on Sunday, January 27th at 3pm. Admission is $3.00 at the door.

From 1976 to 1991, Smith traveled with the famous John Howard Gospel Caravan. Her repertoire includes Pearl Bailey's "Daddy Won't You Please Comr Home" and Bill Gaither's "He Touched Me"

Her vocal range is impressive soaring from the baritonal to soprano often in one breath.

"Her music comes from the heart and this is quite apparent when she sings," notes critic Ed Wismer. "She can deliver a jazz number with drive and humor that is exciting. Because of her reputation as a singer of elegance, she is in demand throughout the Delaware Valley."
